Lukas Meyer
Founder & Lead Reviewer at Pickynotes
Transparent, GDPR-first reviews of Voice-of-Customer tools
Basel, Switzerland
Lukas Meyer is a product professional with over 10 years in the Swiss and European tech industry. Born and raised in Basel, he built an early affinity for user-centred design and product management while working at a Swiss telco and later a European fintech scale-up. After studies in Computer Science and Business Administration, he ran product at a Swiss software company, where he kept hitting the same wall: no transparent, unbiased guidance to help teams pick the right feedback and research tools — especially under Swiss and EU data-residency rules. He founded Pickynotes in 2024 to publish exactly that: honest, criteria-based reviews with disclosed trade-offs. Outside work he hikes the Swiss Alps and reviews craft beer with the same scoring rigour.
