Sophie Duval is a senior UX researcher based in Geneva with nine years designing customer-research and feedback programs for Swiss and European product teams. After an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at EPFL, she led discovery and CX research at SaaS scale-ups across Romandy and France, where she learned that the best Voice-of-Customer tool is the one that survives real privacy constraints and gets used in more than one language.
